Jersey Dairy Attends the Ice Cream Alliance trade show in Harrogate

The first week of November saw us attending the 2010 ice Cream Alliance trade show in Harrogate. This was our third year but by far the most successful. With distribution now assured to cover the vast majority of Britain and Northern Ireland we found ourselves able to satisfy the widely dispersed ice cream needs of the country.

The star product, for a second year, was out real Jersey Soft Mix Ice Cream. With a creamy finish and lingering flavour we were in a position to offer something not seen on the market for many years. From distributors to individual customers, mobile units to static cafes and restaurants the feedback was outstanding.

This was also the first year that we took our new Theatre Pot Luxury Jersey Ice Cream to the show. Coming in at 125ml these new pots were intended for impulse purchases as independent retailers and cafes. In fact we found almost as much interest from mobile customers looking for a point of difference in an increasingly crowded market place.
