Jersey Dairy and the farmers that make up our cooperative can boast all the traditions of good animal care and high quality milk that customers value so much. Jersey people are rightly proud of the Jersey cow and the products made from her milk and cream and we are keen to ensure that consumers can be confident that if dairy products claim to be Jersey or Channel Island that they come from Jersey or one of our sister islands. In fact we can say with confidence that all Jersey’s range of dairy products is made from pure Jersey Milk, from Jersey Cows in Jersey. Not only that but we are the home of the world famous Jersey breed.

From this queen of dairy cows we make superior Jersey Cream, rich, luxurious Jersey Yogurts, Jersey Butter with a beautiful golden hue and Jersey Crème Fraîche that needs tasting to fully appreciate and a range of Soft Scoop, retail and Soft mix ice creams that deliver all the luxury that the name Jersey suggests.
