Did you know that most butter called Jersey Butter on sale in Britain has never been anywhere near our Island. In an attempt to rectify this we have submitted an application for Protected Designation of Origin. We hope soon that when a butter says it is Jersey Butter, you can be sure it actually comes from Jersey!
